In partnership with INIT Collectif from France & Speedy Grandma, we are presenting our collaborative project “Connecting the dots” as part of Bangkok Biennial 2018. Here is the programs :

Blind Dates (from May 2018 – …)

Pen Pal is not dead! We invite Thai (Bangkok) and French (Rennes) artists to couple up and write e-mails, send photos and videos to each other. Using dating-site method, the artists just need to sign up and answer some questions then we will match them up with an artist from another continent. Get to know and learn from each other artistic practices.

Destination Bangkok : Michaël Harpin’s outdoor sculpture + emissary from Rennes (June – August 2018)

After his trip to Thailand on 2017, Michaël Harpin return to Bangkok to make an permanent installation. He will also act as the ambassador for the Blind Dates project to bring gifts from France to Thailand and vice-versa.

Destination Rennes : Exhibition @ INIT Collectif (Ferme de Quincé)

As a result of the penpalship of Blind Dates, we will co-organise a show in Rennes, France in September with INIT & Speedy Grandma.
